Green Park is an Aparthotel. Over the years more and more Apartments were sold off to private owners and now the complex is privately owned by approx 70% owners leaving just 30% as hotel owned.

The complex has 3 swimming pools; a kiddies pool, a plunge pool and the main large pool. There are 3 bars, 2 cafes/snack bars, a launderette and a small supermarket. The Sundowners bar shown above is a regular meeting point for both the local residents and holidaymakers alike, where they put on karaoke a couple of nights a week and bingo on a Sunday evening and the winning pots can quite often reach 300 euros. The Caddyshack bar is well known for its great breakfasts and snacks throughout the day.

Green Park is situated a few minutes walk from the marina and approx 10-15 minutes walk to the main shopping area on the Golf del Sur referred to as 'The Square' by locals or San Blas Commercial Centre.
