Welcome to our website. We are Tish and Roly and have been renting our holiday Apartment on the Golf del Sur in the South of Tenerife for a number of years. We live just a few hundred yards away from the Apartment therefore we can be on hand within a few minutes.

Take a tour of the site and you will see what a wonderful holiday resort our Green Park Apartment is situated on. We've included a couple of slideshows displaying the complex, amenities within the immediate area and photos of the Apartment internally.

The Apartment caters for 2 people and is offered on a monthly basis at only £500 per calendar month. Bookings can be taken for a minimum of one month and a maximum of six months.

As the Apartment is designed for long stay holidays rather than short term, it has been fitted out with just about everything you would need when staying in Tenerife for a long period of time.

If you like to play a game or two of golf this Apartment is ideally situated just a short walk away from the Golf Course. On the other hand, if your game is bowls you'll be pleased to hear there is a bowling green a few hundred yards away.
